Technology ensures better future for country's holistic development. It provides significant advantages that help to build country's strengths and gain greater momentum to the quest for sustainable growth and development.

Naga College Foundation strengthens the education through ICT as it creates vast impact on every aspect of life of the students and faculty as we are constantly evolving in digital world.

Information Communication Technology in education aims to engage learners as well as the faculty into a new phase of teaching- learning process with the use of ICT tools and equipment. ICT is integrated to education through several ways. Linking up the students with the big networked world of knowledge and information helps  them acquire broad ideas and global outlook through using technology resources not just the books or any reference materials. Teachers incorporate the use of presentations and any kind of audio visual tools like LCD projector or the overhead projector to go out of the traditional method.

NCF also develops among students the habits of self learning to nurture the attitude and capability of lifelong learning by providing free WiFi and internet connection. Students should register first for an account at the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) and they can now enjoy free WiFi for three hours a day.  The institution gives another 15 hours to every NCEAN an opportunity to enjoy internet connection at the internet center in the library. They could research, encode and even avail the printing services. This privilege does not only support the collaboration of technology in education but also the advantage of saving money since surfing the net is free instead of renting to a computer shop outside.

Technology widen the knowledge and contemporary experiences that allow students to successfully engage in real life situations. It also provides fun and enjoyment to learners becauseof the different strategies that inculcate active learning like simulation games that covered individual differences.

Despite of the significant comparative advantages of ICT to the whole NCF community, several issues are being thrown by the students like the slow connection. This made them annoyed while surfing the net. The malfunctioning of some computers set and the limited internet services are alarming to students.

These issues were addressed to the administration. According to Ms. Teena Rose Castroverde, they are planning to upgrade the connection to enhance learning process. The institution is working out for the proper implementation of ICT. Students should lengthen their patience and should work hand in hand with administration to solve the problem.

Learning and teaching in NCF aims to provide quality, excellence and truthful service through engaging technology in order to enhance authentic learning experiences.
